Harnessing the healing power of touch, this unique and deeply relaxing massage re-aligns the body using a combination of pressure point therapy, rhythmical movements and aromatic oils- chosen to suit your unique needs. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated in both body and mind.

This deeper form of massage works with muscles, tendons and ligaments to improve their function and relieve chronic patterns of pain and tension within these tissues.

Hot stones therapy is an ancient healing technique utilising specialled stones as therapeutic tools.  Hot volcanic stones are skilfully applied to melt away tension and stress as the heat is released deep into the muscles promoting deep muscular release.

Prenatal         1 hr  $97
This very special time requires extra pampering.   Our expert therapist will help to relieve any discomfort particularly in the back and legs whilst taking you into a state of deep relaxation.  We recommend this treatment after the first trimester.  We have many other wonderful treatments for pregnancy – speak to one of our spa consultants.
